Tools for CNC Metal Machining

There is a wealth of information related to cutting metal to be found on the internet. Because the formulations of metals sourced from reputable vendors are made to international standards and specifications, their cutting properties tend to be very reliable from one batch to another. Setting RPM and feed rate for any particular specimen is typically a fairly straightforward matter of knowing the alloy you are machining and looking up the relevant parameters on the web.

Our metal cutters are made from the highest grade submicrograin tungsten carbide. Although they can be used to dry-cut most metals, superior performance and extended life will be realized if a good, water-based cutting fluid is used.

Most of our 1/8" shank tools are available with and without depth setting rings.
