Our 2 point kerf cutters with a 9mm depth of cut have been redesigned to meet the varying needs of diemakers working in different areas of the packaging industry. Our new "Low-deflection" bit is optimized to cut at 90 - 110 IPM(40 KRPM) with less than 0.004" tip deflection. The "Close-kerf" tool has been designed to allow rule placement on 0.100" centers (5/16", 8mm Baltic birch plywood) with a tip deflection of less than 0.004" while cutting at 95 to 110 IPM (40 KRPM). Both tools retain the long life and superior debris removal that are the hallmarks of this family of tools.
